In an effort to curb wildfires, Pacific Gas and Electric Company has cut power to more than 500,000 in the first phase of a public safety power shutoff. Strong winds up to 55MPH are expected to hit the bayside area and the outages are to prevent any wildfires that may be caused by downed power lines, etc. The blackouts have affected the following counties: Amador, Butte, Calaveras, Colusa, El Dorado, Glenn, Humboldt, Lake, Marin, Mendocino, Napa, Nevada, Placer, Plumas, Shast

Please be advised that the Public and Clerk Terminals for all 55 counties of West Virginia are inaccessible due to technical errors. The problem started yesterday. However, we were assured the terminals were back up and running properly this morning after the Supreme Court worked on system. Unfortunately, this morning, we are experiencing the same problems with the terminals as yesterday all over the state. We will continue to check on the system throughout the day until all
