We are still experiencing delays in San Bernardino, CA. The clerk's computer system is now back online although the public access systems are still offline. There will be extensive delays as the clerk's work through the backlog of requests since the terminals first went down. We do not currently have an ETA on searches or when the public access system will be operational. We are monitoring the situation and will update you as soon as we have any additional information.
