Please be advised that the Public and Clerk Terminals for all 55 counties of West Virginia are inaccessible due to technical errors. The problem started yesterday. However, we were assured the terminals were back up and running properly this morning after the Supreme Court worked on system.
Unfortunately, this morning, we are experiencing the same problems with the terminals as yesterday all over the state. We will continue to check on the system throughout the day until all issues are resolved. Please take this into consideration with your reports, as our time service may be affected.
I have be advised that the Supreme Court is working on the issue again; however, they do not have an eta as to when it will be resolved.
